Qualifications/ Competencies/ Experience:

• Advanced Certificates (B.Sc Honours) in Project management, and structural Engineering;
• Certificates in human learning, performance, change and education management;
• Advanced Certificates in life coaching and human behavioural patterns;
• A detailed understanding of people, structures, systems and processes within the Federal Government of Nigeria, various States, Ministries and key parastatals;

Personal Statement and Beliefs:

In 1984, Lanre stumbled upon the realization that a man’s perception, mindset, beliefs and environment, influences who he becomes.
Years after he also discovered that for nations to develop basic infrastructure (roads, ports, power, and transportation) and human capital (health, education and social / youth development) are powerful tools for national development, without them people suffer and are impoverished.

These realizations set him off in the pursuit and understanding of all aspects of human motivation, inspiration, architecture, engineering, function, development and performance.

Lanre says “ most of all over the years I’ve enjoyed working with people: the clients who challenge us & give us the privilege to serve them: our entire workforce, who constantly amaze me: and people who influence our work and contribute immensely to the success of others.

We have been called “on the edge"," cutting edge”, and at times," over the edge”.

However, we would like to think that the most accurate single word to describe our work would be “consistency": consistent harmony between inspiration, imagination, concepts, character, quality and reality.

We are grateful to be life coaches, exceptional performance catalysts and National Development strategists / advisers, in our opinion the most significant calling of the twenty first century.

I am awed by the awesome beauty and abilities of the human being expressed through art, literature, poetry, fashion, music, history, architecture, engineering, technology e.t.c.

I am especially intrigued by the unlimited possibilities and potentials of the human Spirit and mind.
